Fruity-fresh bouquet with notes of pear, grapefruit, dried mango, and yellow stone fruit. Along with honey notes and prominent ethereal herbal notes as well as floral nuances. On the palate, surprisingly crisp acidity, lively and mineral-long. Interesting concept.

Savagnin blanc  2024

Aged 24 months in barrels (20% new), this Savagnin Blanc captivates with its complex bouquet blending white-fleshed fruits, mirabelle, and delicately woody notes. On the palate, it combines freshness, tension, and depth, with a beautiful structure supported by polyphenols that enhance its persistence and balance. With a strong character and remarkable elegance, it gains confidence year after year. An ambitious, harmonious wine promised to evolve beautifully until 2039.

Nose with accents of strong spices, pepper, clove, and cardamom. On the palate, the wine is complex with a beautiful freshness and melted and elegant tannins.

Deep, dark red color. The nose is expressive, with notes of blackberries and especially cherry, but also bramble.

The palate is ...clear, structured, tannic, fresh, and young. I appreciate the freshness of the material, the youth of this wine gives it vigor. The oak is very discreet, the tannins are well present, young, a bit rough, and require aging to soften. Very nice final length and good balance. Bottled just two months ago. This wine showcases all the characteristics of this beautiful grape variety. It is an expressive, deep wine with real potential.

Behind a medium intensity color, this Cabernet Franc offers a very fine aroma of fresh fruits with a vanilla note, certainly due to the aging in barrels, part of which are new barrels. Nice texture on the palate and pleasant balance between flattering smoothness and vibrant acidity. Long persistence that subtly recalls the aging in wood.

Savagnin blanc  2023

Pale yellow color for this fine and subtle wine with hints of ginger and lemon. Compared to 2022, this one is much more focused on finesse than brilliance. It prefers details with a very nice mastery of the many displayed facets. Saline on the palate, the wine stands out for its freshness and temperament… and this in a very warm context. A wine that highlights its varietal character and the winemaker's talents. So much relevance, precision, depth, authenticity, and freshness in a logic dedicated to perfection.  2026-2040
