A vision of wine between heritage and terroir

The youngest of four children from a winemaking family, René Dubois chose, once he obtained his master's degree, to carve his own path by acquiring a first estate in Ollon.

From a young age, he developed his palate in the family cellar, rich with great vintages. These characterful wines deeply mark his sensitivity and still nourish his ambition today: to rediscover the authenticity, depth, and emotions of the great wines that accompanied his childhood.

Coming from the world of vines, René Dubois first wishes to master the foundations of traditional family winemaking. He then surrounds himself with his brother, Salomon Dubois, a winemaker in Lavaux, who accompanies him as a consulting oenologist during the 2020 and 2021 vintages.

In order to deepen his understanding of the Chablais terroirs and further refine his approach, he then calls upon Luis Nunes, a renowned consulting oenologist known for his experience and remarkable track record.

From this meeting of family heritage, technical expertise, and the confrontation of ideas, precise, sincere, and demanding wines are born.

Today, the estate offers a range composed of four grape varieties, seven permanent cuvées, as well as several limited edition special releases produced in small quantities.

Faithful to a deeply artisanal philosophy, René Dubois favors a confidential marketing of his wines. Through his wine club, he maintains a special relationship with his clients and shares with them his passion for the terroir, great vintages, and well-done work.
