A goal shot!
Receiving this 1989 Chasselas for my birthday from Pierre-Alain Meylan is a wonderful surprise, a meeting with time and the excellence of the Chablais terroir. This wine, with perfect balance, harmoniously blends primary and secondary aromas in a beautiful journey without waves. The flint notes evoke one of the terroirs of Lavaux, but its distinctive salinity proudly recalls Chablais. It is a true expression of our valley, a testament to passion and know-how. A big thank you to my winemaker friend PAM for this precious gift, a bottle that will remain etched in my memory as a treasure of our region.
